This Kaftan is a showstopper. With the eccentric and colorful embroidery throughout the Kaftan it will definitely catch some eyes and more importantly while feeling extremely comfortable and free in it. The dress is made of extremely soft cotton, is light and extremely soft and can be used on many occasions - dinners, gatherings, beach, lounge, or even in your home to feel comfortable.

For reference, the model is 5'5" (170cm) and size small US scale. As you can see the dress fits even her nicely, but it would be a better fit with larger sizes.

FAQ
Do the clothes shrink after washing?
No they don't. Most of our dresses are a mixture of cotton and polyester and so there's minimal to no shrinkage. The cotton/poly dresses can be machine washed and hung dry to preserve the embroidery.

I finally bought this dress from Gipci, I had been looking at it for at least 4 months. I had ordered another dress but first checked with Rhiad if the sizing would be ok for me. He replied quickly and when I decided not to get it he refunded my money promptly.
When I finally did order on the Monday afternoon , Riad thanked me for coming back to order again. The dress arrived on the Wednesday, not even two days later. Amazing.
I have this dress in velvet and love it so I was really happy to find a summer version. It is exactly what I had hope for. On the picture it looks like white embroidery but it is more a cream colour,but I much prefer it how it is. I am quite tall, 177cm and it is a really great length on me. I am a size 48 and it is still really flowing. I Love it.

This item is made well. However it runs extremely small. While the seller would take returns, all must go to Cairo Egypt. The expense is not worth it. I do not recommend. Please note, this is the first time I have not recommended any item I have purchased through Etsy.
when i got the package, it had been ripped into and apart, tape touching both of the garments. thankfully the trim wasn't torn apart, even though it was sticking out of several holes. the garment is beautiful and has a lovely weight, but maybe buy one at a time so things aren't falling apart when you get there.
