What does free sized dress mean?

This Kaftan is a free sized dress meaning that it comes in one size only that fits any size from a small up to a 5XL US. It is designed to take the shape of and drape beautifully on any body type. For reference, the model is a size 4 US and as you can see it fits pretty loosely on her, which is the way it's meant to be. It fits even nicer on larger body types as there's plenty of fabric around the chest and hip area to accommodate any size up to a 3XL comfortably.
