Return and Refund Policy

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at riad@gipci.co.

Shipping & Returns Address To return your product, please contact us at riad@gipci.co to receive a return authorization and the correct shipping instructions for our logistics hub.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Compliance & Transactions Gipci for Trading and Exporting Clothing and Khan El Khalili Products (جيبسي للتجاره وتصدير منتجات الملابس و خانالخليلي) will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
